ViBrand DTF Powder Our ViBrand DTF White Hot Melt Powder is specially formulated for DTF printing (polyurethane-based) is highly durable, resistant to high temperatures, and offers excellent washability. It is commonly used in hot stamping, swimwear printing, and a variety of other applications. Designed for superior performance, ViBrand DTF powders feature a slow-drying formula and allow for easy cold-tear, ensuring outstanding transfer printing results every time. After printing your design onto DTF film, the Hot Melt Powder is evenly applied over the wet ink. The film is then heated (using a curing oven or heat press) to melt the powder, after which it’s ready to be transferred to the garment using a heat press.

• Melting Point: 105–115 °C
• Hot Pressing Temperature: 110–140 °C

Available in 1kg, 5kgs or a 20kg drum. Our DTF consumables have the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, so has been  independently tested and free from harmful substances, including formaldehyde, heavy metals, carcinogenic dyes, and allergens, ensuring safety for both operators and end users.
