Engineered for high-volume production, the EconoRed VP Series dryers are purpose-built to handle the demands of curing DTF adhesives and screen-printed garments. These dryers utilize advanced air mapping technology to minimize operator exposure to harmful fumes and to safely collect glycol condensate—safeguarding both staff and the dryer’s internal components.

Cleaner, Safer Operation

When curing DTF adhesives, large volumes of glycol vapor are released. The EconoRed VP tackles this with a smart air management system that pulls filtered makeup air through the center of the heating chamber and circulates it through the double-wall construction on the top and sides. This not only captures fumes effectively but also keeps the outer surfaces cool to the touch—improving operator safety.

An adjustable air intake lets you fine-tune airflow into the chamber, replacing exhausted air drawn from each side of the belt while preventing external air disturbances at the entry and exit—especially important when handling lightweight materials.

Efficient Glycol Collection

A washable mist separator removes glycol from vapor, with condensate captured in a removable container for easy disposal. An optional Make-Up Air Heater can be added to prevent the makeup air from cooling the product inside the chamber.

At the dryer’s downstream end, a powerful exhaust fan extracts air efficiently, reducing heat and vapor buildup. The fan features an outlet collar for easy connection to external ducting.
