Returns
Please be careful when ordering as we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
Where a consideration for a refund is requested:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vibranddtf.com.au with your order number and photo evidence of the damage/defect.
We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
If you realise you have made an error in your after the transaction has been completed, please notify us immediately by email and/or by phone if during business hours so we can rectify.
Refunds
In the event where a refund or part refund is appropriate, it will be issued via your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
